Doctelligence collects information you provide during consultations, including health symptoms, medical history, lifestyle information, and demographic data. We also collect account information such as your name and email address.
Your health information is used solely to provide personalised functional medicine pre-consultation services. We use your data to generate health maps, recommend practitioners, and suggest relevant supplements and lifestyle changes.
All data is stored in Canadian data centres (ca-central-1) in compliance with PIPEDA and PHIPA regulations. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We maintain a 7-year immutable audit trail of all data access.
We do not sell your personal or health data. Your consultation data may be shared with a licensed functional medicine practitioner only when you explicitly book a consultation through our platform. AI processing is performed via the Anthropic Claude API, which does not retain your data.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can download your consultation history or request complete account deletion through your account settings. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@doctelligence.com.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
